"We had an incredible experience at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch! We booked the two-night package, and it was worth every penny. The food was phenomenal—from the rehearsal dinner to the reception meal—and the breakfasts both mornings were delicious and truly lifesaving after a long night of celebration.
Kate was absolutely amazing. She kept everything running smoothly and was a huge help throughout the entire weekend. One thing I would recommend to future couples is to hire a decorator or clearly assign a team to handle setup. My husband and a few others ended up doing a lot of the decorating themselves, and in hindsight, we wish we had paid extra to avoid that stress.
The cabins and houses on the property were fantastic. About 80% of our guests were able to stay on-site both nights, which made the whole event feel like a weekend-long celebration. It also gave us peace of mind knowing our guests didn’t have to drive after the reception.
The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. There was a minor hiccup with the mechanical bull we had planned—it didn’t end up working due to a miscommunication—but honestly, we were having so much fun that we barely noticed.

"Got married here in June. The whole year up to the wedding the venue was very communicative and Kate the wedding coordinator was exceptional. She made everything so seamless our wedding day and went above and beyond. Speaking of above and beyond, Shannon, head of house keeping was such a joy. She not only showed us the grounds before the wedding so we could pick the perfect cabin/house to get ready in, she and her team went above and beyond cleaning rooms for us to be able to have an early check in. The food for our rehearsal dinner and reception was spectacular. This place is run by those who truly love it and it shows.
We had so much fun spending the weekend here, from the wedding, to the amazing pool, yoga in the pavilion, the pickleball court, and the beautiful grounds. Our family and wedding party had such a fun time just being on site all weekend. Thank you Sylvan Dale Ranch!
