Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise Loon Mountain Resort for its exceptional service, friendly staff, and perfect location, especially for events and ski access. Many highlight the convenience of slopeside lodging and beautiful views. However, a few guests have reported issues with car damage from a parking garage and a lack of prompt response from management regarding these concerns.
"My daughter got married at the Loon Mountain Resort in August 2025. We had our Friday night welcome dinner, as well as the “after party” Saturday night, and the Sunday morning “send off” breakfast all at The Mountain Club. Everything was fantastic! The majority of our guests stayed at the hotel. They all loved the fact that they could park their car Friday afternoon, and did not have to drive again until they left on Sunday! Everything they needed was right there on site at The Mountain Club! Jeff McIvor and his team made our family and guests feel very special and catered to all of our needs. Mike Simons, Gabrielle, and all of the food and beverage, and housekeeping staff went out of their way to see to our every needs. I cannot say enough good things about how great our wedding weekend was! If you have a family event, or a business outing, I would highly recommend you contact Jeff and have a discussion about how he and his staff at The Mountain Club on Loon can make your event a world class experience!"

"Stayed at this hotel 9/25-9/26 for a wedding. Was perfectly fine until I got home. Thursday it had been raining a lot and I parked in the small parking garage near the spa in the first spot against the wall, there was a large crack in the ceiling but I didn’t think anything of it. When I left I noticed that my panoramic sunroof was very dirty and looked like water had ran down my roof and passenger side door because that window was very dirty as well, still just figured rain water had came through the crack in the ceiling. After being home I didn’t check my car until Monday morning when I had to load something on the passenger side. Whatever had been running onto my car had dried yellow on my white car, I took it through a car wash and that couldn’t clean it all off. I had patches on my door frame and crime around my door that are discolored and a place on my roof that whatever this was appears to have eaten through the coatings on my two month old 2025 Nissan Rogue. I was Apple to buff out almost all of the yellow chemical that was all over my passenger side but I will have to take my car into the dealership to get an estimate to have the paint repaired. I called the resort and once I got through all their automated services I was told I was being transferred to the front desk and told they could help me better. Have a few rings I got a voicemail so I left a lengthy message and 48 hours later I haven’t gotten a call back. This garage was only one level with a handful of spots and appears to be under a maintenance building. If someone from the hotel would like to finally reach out we were staying in room 1215 on the dates listed above, you should have my husbands contact info. I’ve attached a few pics."
