Reviews Summary
The Cromwell is praised for its intimate, boutique feel, stylish decor, and prime Strip location. Guests often highlight the luxurious suites and the vibrant atmosphere of Drai's nightclub. However, noise from the nightclub is a frequent complaint, particularly for rooms on higher floors, and some find the rooms are starting to feel dated.
"Overall, this hotel was just okay. The room was outdated, dusty and had what looked like mold on the bathroom wall near the shower. We booked two rooms, one being standard and one deluxe, and they looked the exact same. The showers did have excellent water pressure, and housekeeping was on top of it with extra towels, etc. The hotel itself is much smaller than others in the area, including the casino area, which was fine, but they could benefit from more food options. The overall experience was so average, that I usually wouldn’t leave a review one way or another, but my experience upon check out, made me feel like I needed to. I headed down to check out pretty early on the morning of our departure and was met with an unpleasant, unfriendly employee who let me know that the printer wasn’t working to print a receipt. She offered to email it to me, and I said that was fine and wrote my email down on a piece of paper. While I was doing that, she began helping someone else (no problem) but once I put the paper back over on her side of the counter she ignored me and never said anything back. I waited for a few minutes, and finally she looked over at me and rudely said “did you need something else? I said I’ll email you the receipt” I responded saying I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else you needed from me. She replied “um no” and went back to helping the other guest. As someone who works in customer service, it rubbed me the wrong way that she acted completely annoyed she had to do her job and didn’t even offer any type of “thank you for staying with us/hope you enjoyed your stay, etc” or even a simple “that’s all I need”. Overall 3/5, wouldn’t stay here again & really not worth what they charge."

"Locals beware!!!!! They do not honor the 3-hours of free parking for locals. Parked here on a Saturday afternoon. No signage posted anywhere about an event. As I tried to exit 2 hrs later, I scanned my drivers license and the gate wouldn’t open. I called customer service and they said that it was event parking today and the charge would be $35. I asked what event and they said the day club was the event. I said, come on man, I had no idea it was event parking and I didn’t attend the event. Can you help me out? Nope! Apparently, they can call it an event anytime they want to and charge you $35.
I then asked if I come back later, will my ticket allow me to park all day!? Again, No! You will have to pay another $35!
Plenty of other resorts to choose from!
Called the number listed on the response at 2pm on a Tuesday. It was a general dispatch number. I sat on hold and utimately they couldn't find anyone for me to talk to. They asked me to call again later. I'm good."

"Took a 40th birthday trip with 4 girlfriends.
Rooms - Rooms were NOT great. We had an adjoining room with two queen size beds in each room. We paid for an upgraded, renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the renovations were not in the room. The door knocker had screws popping out, one of the bed frames were peeling off, one of the lamps did not work, and the rooms were very dark. There were no renovations to speak of and it was difficult to get dressed with such low lighting.
Service - The check in was miserable and cumbersome. My husband’s friend booked our rooms and the “manager” refused to let us check in without having him re-authorize everything. There is NO ROOM SERVICE. In the year 2025, I’ve never been to a hotel without room service. I had to leave my room and walk to the only restaurant in the hotel to get food. I wasn’t even allowed to order from the poolside bar to my room. Nevertheless, the service that was available was amazing! Everyone was kind, thoughtful and professional. The cleaning staff were attentive when issues were brought to their attention and each of the valets we prompt.
Location - can’t beat this location! It’s in a prime spot and the nightclub and pool party were THE places to be in Vegas. This was the only reason we stayed in the hotel."
