"I love this park and visit regularly. Lots of hiking trails to choose from and 3 different main parking areas plus other entrances around also. The beauty of Laguna Canyon is unbelievable and very diverse in the different sections of the park. The hiking can be as easy or difficult as you want to make it, so many route options to choose from. I’ve gone thru when it’s brown and when it’s green and it’s just stunning all seasons and times. A couple of my favorite trails are Laurel Canyon trail, Serrano ridge, Camarillo canyon trail, lizard but honestly they’re all great! Hidden gems in the canyons"
Carlos Archuleta
"One of the best places for challenging hikes starting at Willow staging, go up Willow or Big Bend. You can continue to Crystal Cove or stay on Bommer trail to Laguna Beach. It’s never crowded or full of bikers unlike the park across Laguna Canyon Road."
