What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Kaneohe Bay for its stunning natural beauty, particularly the unique sandbar and the majestic Ko'olau Mountains. Many highlight the peaceful, less commercialized atmosphere compared to other Oahu destinations. Some find access challenging without a boat, and weather can occasionally impact water activities.
"I spent a week in summer to setup my daughter who is in the marine biology program. It’s an amazing place. So lush and green like the rest of Hawaii but more secluded. It’s away from the commercial areas. Especially enjoyed the farmers market. You can buy your fresh fruits, veggies, herbs and exotic flowers for pennies that would cost a fortune in a grocery store. Many thanks to Judith Anderson who is an amazing real estate lady with many years of experience in this area of Hawaii. She introduced me to the farmers market which is in the middle of a mall. I am her adopted sister!"
