"This is really a review of the outside garden area. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and apparently a popular place for family photos, weddings and just general sightseeing. We were in the area for a wedding and there was another group ready to take pictures just as soon as we left. There were plenty of available parking. This is a perfect place to get a nice picture of the Capitol building."
