Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Quapaw Baths & Spa for its relaxing ambiance, professional staff, and the deeply therapeutic mineral waters. The historic charm of the building and the unique steam caves are also frequently highlighted as enjoyable aspects. However, some guests have noted challenges with booking private baths and a need to confirm operating hours due to early closures and specific closing days.
"We absolutely adored our experience at the bathhouse. We did have to have persistence to call and call and call some more to reserve a private bath as their online booking service did not work.
The persistence paid off. The private couples bath was well worth the time. Hot, jetted and peaceful we enjoyed 20+ minutes of serenity, energy and the healing waters in the bathhouse.
I enjoyed a cool glass of champagne prior to our bath and that was absolutely lovely.
The public baths looked wonderful and inviting as well. Highly suggest the private if you’re able to reserve it."

"Relaxing Experience – But Check the Hours!
The bathhouse spa was such an amazing and peaceful experience! The ambiance is calm and soothing, the staff is professional, and everything feels well-maintained and true to the historic charm of Hot Springs. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it’s closed on Tuesdays, so we missed out on a full day of enjoying the spa. Definitely check the schedule ahead of time!
Aside from that, everything else was perfect. Can’t wait to return on a day they’re open and enjoy the full experience."

"I loved soaking in the different temperature pools! It was beautiful in there with the domed stained glass. All the employees I encountered were lovely and helpful! We entered as walk-ins and they accommodated us on the spot, told us exactly what to do, and made it a seamless process. Very relaxing!"
