What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sell's Mill Park offers a charming historic mill and pleasant waterside trails, making it a nice spot for a short, peaceful visit or family outing. However, visitors should be aware of inconsistent trail maintenance and limited amenities, with some areas showing signs of disrepair. The park's appeal lies in its scenic backdrop and quiet atmosphere rather than extensive activities.
"This lovely little park had a small but well-kept playground and a pleasant short trail through the nearby forest that goes along the creek. Great for a short trip to the park if you enjoy peaceful and quiet nature!"
Claire Marie
"The access road is closed to the back of the mill. The hiking trails are also closed with No Trespassing signs posted. The hill is steap to walk down to the falls but you can take a great pic of the mill from the shelter house. The weeds are tall next to the water so it is difficult to get close. Plus, the water is stagnant with orange film on top. However, there is easy parking with Great sidewalk accessibility to restrooms, picnic and playground. I would love to see this mill restored as the setting is beautiful."

"Small park with an old mill for a backdrop. There's not much to do. They do have a playground and a swing set. Also, a pavilion with tables. There are benches staged throughout, so you can watch the water. There
is supposedly a walking trail but no signage as
to where. I enjoyed walking in the river (not sure if this is allowed), but be careful! Those rocks are very slippery! There are plenty of photo ops..."
