What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Empire State Aerosciences Museum as a hidden gem, particularly for its impressive collection of aircraft and interactive exhibits that delight families. While some planes show signs of wear and exhibits can occasionally be inaccurate due to aircraft relocation, the friendly staff and unique opportunities like touring the C-130 Hercules make it a highly recommended and enjoyable experience for all ages.
"I’d give the place 4.5 stars. It does have very good things. Truly recommend it if you are in area. Examples: Concorde replica, F-14, F-15, F-5, F-4, UH-01, C-130 tour, and a plane collection that rivals places like the Intrepid. However, there are a couple flaws: the planes were being relocated in middle of day (rendering the museum maps inaccurate) and some planes off limits, some engines and pieces left outside rusting and some planes could definitely use some care. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the place! 😊👍👌"
