What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise the 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa for its stunning Victorian architecture, exceptional service, and unique haunted history. The rooftop pizzeria and spa are also highlighted as enjoyable amenities. While some find the prices on the higher side, most agree the experience is well worth it for the memorable and charming stay.
"I came to this venue as a guest for my friend’s wedding and the location is STUNNING. The way everything was set up was just so beautiful. What really made the experience though was Amanda. She was our bartender during the reception and was an absolute joy. The drinks were delicious, we were cracking jokes and she just made an amazing night even better. 85% of the people in attendance were current/previous service workers and we all recognize when someone is fantastic at what they do and Amanda is someone we all agreed we would love to have around. We loved her so much we included her in pictures!!! You can have a beautiful venue, but when you hire beautiful people to make things go smoothly, it enhances the experience in a way that is often unspoken. I’m grateful for Amanda and the rest of the staff for their dedication to giving my amazing friends the perfect day they deserved.
And while unfortunately I did not stay in the hotel as a guest, I got to see my friend’s room and it was STUNNING. Truly a better room than other haunted hotels (THE ELMS 👀)"

"My wife and I decided to head over to Eureka Springs for our 4 year anniversary and got a sweet room right next to Michael's room. Who's Michael? That's the dude that was killed after trying to show off to some ladies in the courtyard and ended up falling about 25' to his death and now haunts the place. We didn't get any special visits from him, as far as we know but it was great experience just the same. They were filming some version of Ghost Busters on our floor which was pretty cool too. Apparently some young kids version of it anyways. The place was very accommodating and the hotel, overall, is an incredible place to visit. It was a little bit high on the price range but it's well worth it. The pizza bar was really good. The Governor's bar was pretty cool and they even have shuttles that run you into the downtown area too. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this Hotel for all that want a unique experience. Bravo to all the staff. Excellent job!"

"My partner and I spent the weekend in Eureka, and on our last night decided we were enjoying ourselves too much to leave. We found ourselves looking to book a hotel last minute on a Saturday night (between 9-10 pm!!). We both had our cars and were having trouble finding any place that would allow us to bring two. We called the Crescent and they had space available for us AND our cars. I booked the smallest room still available as we just wanted somewhere to sleep. My card was having technical difficulties trying to run it over the phone, and they held the room anyway and told us to come on over. When we arrived, not only was our room ready, but they had upgraded us to a penthouse suite. The service was absolutely phenomenal, and all the employees were just so kind. The room was beautiful with a great AC, a shower and a beautiful tub. Even though we only expected to sleep and leave, we ended up hanging out a bit longer because the hotel was so nice and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have ever had at a hotel, and it was a great way to end our vacation. They even have some hotel kitties who were adorable and keep an eye on the place. We will definitely be staying there again!"
