Reviews Summary

This small museum is a highly-rated gem, particularly praised for its knowledgeable and engaging docents who bring IBM and Endicott's history to life. Visitors appreciate the detailed insights and personal stories shared. However, its extremely limited Saturday-only hours (10 AM - 2 PM) are a significant drawback, with some experiencing closures before the stated time.

"What an amazing little museum of IBM (first floor) and Endicott, NY (second floor). I am so glad I planned ahead to visit it on Saturday morning (they only open on Saturday from 10am to 2pm) when I was visiting the area.

The knowledgeable docent (I had Carol) explained everything in such detail, it made those old machines come alive. It is so much better than reading signs yourself, or listen to pre-recorded audio tour (it is good to listen to them later again so you can absorb more). I spent 2 hours here and LOVED every minute!!!

Thank you Carol and all the other wonderful docents / volunteers who help to keep this place open!"

"We visited the museum at 1:45 hoping to catch a quick glimpse before it closes at 2 and it had already closed. It's only open for four hours a week, it would be nice if they actually stayed open for all the hours they say they are open. We were really looking forward to our visit. Maybe a different day."
