"More 4.5 (due to limitation for senior citizens) but a 5 for those wanting more than a picnic.

Less than an hr drive from Denver with beautiful/scenic drive through Superior.
Great picnic area/s, Visitor Center, facilities.
Staff were 5⭐, even
giving our group of seniors a talk, complete with rock samples.

Perfect sightseeing and picnic area for senior citizens BUT(!), more than
perfect for younger people as there's rock climbing, hiking, fishing and MORE.

Fee is $10/vehicle.

Drive upon entering Park is a bit tricky and dirt road. Not that bad but, just be aware."

"As always if there is a waterfall I’m there. Hope you enjoy the view and the peaceful sounds of nature as much as I do.

If you’re a climber 🧗‍♀️ this is definitely a great place to climb and you won’t be alone. I hear it’s a hit amongst climbers with much historical knowledge about a tight roper who would go from one peak to another prior to the use of safety gear.

Don’t forget your safety gear ⚙️ I need you to practice safety even if you’re just hiking the trails.

Enjoy!😉"
