Reviews Summary
Guests generally praise The Source Hotel + Market Hall for its stylish design, vibrant Market Hall dining options, and excellent rooftop views. However, some visitors have reported issues with unexpected amenity closures (like the rooftop pool) and associated amenity fees, as well as concerns about room light-blocking capabilities and occasional neighborhood perceptions.
"Over charged .. wrong reservation dates , and wasn’t informed the roof top pool wasn’t going to be available. The receptionist told me the only thing they could do is offer free cancellation.
I only found out the “discounted rate” I was given was because the pool wasn’t available. Not because they were attempting to price match. The hotel was cool over all. The food was good but that was it ."

"I am absolutely thrilled to share that I’m traveling from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Colorado for a personal healing retreat. I just called to confirm details and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kira. She was incredibly amazing and professional, and although I haven’t met her in person yet, I am genuinely impressed by her dedication. This interaction has truly heightened my excitement for my upcoming visit to Denver Colorado! Thank you, Ms. Kira! 🌟"

"I've stayed at The Source twice now while on work trips, and have had a great experience both times. The hotel is connected to an indoor food market with some great restaurants. Smok has tasty BBQ. I've heard great things about Safta but haven't eaten there.
The rooms in the hotel are modern and minimalist. Both rooms I've stayed in have roll-up garage doors which is probably nice in the summertime, but my only complaint is that the blind in front of the garage door lets in a lot of outdoor ambient light, so the rooms don't get very dark at night.
The customer service at The Source is on point. On my last stay, I upgraded to a suite and was specifically hoping for one with the large soaking tub so my partner and I could use it together. The room I got had a much smaller tub, so I asked the front desk if they had any other options. Tania was super helpful and got me switched to a room that was exactly what I wanted.
After I checked out, I noticed a billing issue on my receipt. I called and spoke to Olivia, who immediately fixed the error and refunded the overpayment.
Overall great experience and definitely somewhere I'll be happy to stay again."
