Reviews Summary

Visitors often praise the Peabody Institute Library Danvers for its helpful staff, engaging children's section, and quiet study areas. It's seen as a pleasant surprise and a great place to get a library card. However, some have experienced frustration with printing limitations and occasional internet connectivity issues.

"Nice library I use to study for my exams in. However, you cannot print what you like even though you pay for it. I was told I should go to Staples and print my study materials because the library has to pay for “ink, toner, and paper.” I told them I was paying for the printing I was doing and want to utilize the library and the resources as I am studying there and obviously I would never print many things at a place for free, but since I was paying for it it shouldn’t be an issue. She kept saying “it’s too much” and declined me from printing anything and told me to go to a corporation. Disappointed as I don’t want to have to leave my study spot in the library to go print at a big corporation and would rather pay the library to let me print but I guess having to order more printing supplies is too more for the librarian. If this is a rule that we’re limited on what we can pay to print then I urge the library to post signage and not have the librarian guard the printer."
