What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Footer Dye Works Building is praised for its beautiful historic architecture and its prime location next to the C&O Canal and Western Maryland Railway Station. However, potential renters consistently report extremely poor communication and slow response times from the leasing management, which significantly detracts from the overall experience.
"This building has several businesses in it as well as apartments."
Lisa Martin
"The outside of the building is beautiful and the pictures of the apartments look well done. Trying to rent an apartment, however, changed my mind on the complex. Response times initially took a few weeks, and then subsequent replies took days. Pricing is a little too expensive but that is to be expected. Their management of leasing apartments is horrible and it is a shame that what could be a nice complex is brought down by such poor management."
Christopher Iames
"Trying to rent anything here is impossible. Nobody returns emails. They show stock photos and then you can't get a showing. Or a reply. Very weird marketing angle that seems to simply want a visual presence. I gave up."
