Reviews Summary

Reviews for the United German and French Roman Catholic Cemetery are mixed, with some praising its beauty and accommodating nature for families, while others express significant frustration with inconsistent upkeep and administrative delays, particularly concerning plot deeds. Customer service experiences have also been reported as negative by some visitors seeking assistance.

"No matter the time of year it is always dirty and trashy towards the back of the cemetery. It's like they make the front look good and forget about the stones in the back."

"I bought a lot in September 2023. It was paid in full by December 2023. I was promised a deed that would come in the mail in a few weeks. I have called and spoke to at least 4 different people since January and left countless messages. I was last promised that the deed would be mailed on May 20, 2024 it is not here as of today's mail. I wanted to have this in order months ago. I am considering selling the lot back to the cemetery and not going to any catholic cemetary . Totally frustrated and disappointed. I got my deed yesterday May 24th. I am so relieved. I just hope when it's time to use this lot there is no problem for my loved ones. Plan ahead ! And plan wisely"

"I called here to get assistance locating a loved one a few minutes ago. The lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional stating that after looking up a grave and not finding it (possibly due to a misspelling that she didn't allow me the CHANCE to explain) that I would have to submit any further inquiries by mail. This is while I'm standing IN the cemetery. I told her to have a nice day and hung up frustrated and upset. I don't really want her to have a nice day.

Bury your loved ones at forest lawn. The grounds are better kept."
