The museum has a variety of historical household artifacts, pottery, furniture, granny clocks, musical instruments, paintings dating back to the 1700s, and so many other historical artifacts from the Bennington area. An important highlight is the 1924 Martin-Wasp touring car, the only car model made in Bennington. There’s even an exhibit with a large collection of Grandma Moses paintings. The museum is quite compact, so you can see just about everything in an hour. There is plenty of signage giving valuable information about all the artifacts. I really learned a lot at this Museum and I highly recommend a visit."
