"Came here a few days ago to get the train to lime street station. I do not use the trains alot and this experience has put me off. The lady in the kiosk with long brown hair was unbelievably rude. They had a sign up saying pay at destination and I wasn't 100% sure what that meant but she just kept barking at me " pay at destination pay at destination." No hi hello or any kind of help at all. Arrived at lime street station to explain the situation and the gentleman at the ticket office said I could have potentially got a penalty fine for getting in the train without a ticket. He was super helpful and explained what to do next time. As the for the lady in hooton you need to learn some manners and how to speak to people."
