"My car got hit on Wednesday 22/05/2024 no note was left or any details. I contacted customer service and let them know of the situation and they said they will review the footage and get back to me. They got back to me the next day and said that they can't see anything in that area as it is a blind spot. Now, this makes me worried for 2 reasons. 1 anybody could hit anyone's car in this blind spot and getaway with it and 2 if someone was to get attacked or seriously injured they would also get away with it. Be mindful parking your car in the coliseum leisure park guys because they let people get away with hitting it."

"Great place, we visited during the end of our weekend stay in chester, bowling, arcades and food the kids loved it! Everyone was so lovely and handed my children their unwanted tickets to get prizes 🥹 one of the lovely staff members also gave my 2 boys a squidgy paw print each which was so nice!
Food was great and fast, reasonably priced. Bowling is super expensive but arcades were as expected."
