What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Theatre Royal Bath for its stunning Georgian architecture and the wonderful atmosphere it provides for live performances. The central location and well-maintained facilities are frequently highlighted as positives. While the venue itself receives high marks, individual show preferences can vary.
"Great venue and great show. The Shark is Broken is a spin off from the Jaws Movie which stars Robert Shaw's son. Very cleverly done. Really based on when Shaw, Schneider and Dreyfuss (from the original movie) were in between filming the movie and gives an insight into how well (or not) the three actors got on with each other. A fair bit of swearing, but I guess that's possibly how the actual actors from the original movie were. Well worth the money."

"Despite being in Bath for a couple of years this was our 1st visit to the Theater Royal. What a lovely compact and well maintained period venue. Good facilities and centrally located.
The play, Hitchcock the musical was not really for me, would have preferred a mix of singing and oration, but others liked it."
Jonathan Saunders
"Great experience - tremendous performance. Highly recommend using their 3D walkthrough prior to purchasing tickets to get a full understanding of what you'll see (or not see)."
