"I love this venue. I've been twice now and I find the building small enough to get around easily, toilets are always queue free and the theatre seats are spacious enough with good leg room (for women at least). I would describe this as a fairly intimate venue.

"I have been here on 3 separate occasions for comedians and cannot fault this theatre. The first time I visited I had forgotten the paper ticket which was sent via post and the staff were so helpful and friendly with issuing me with another. The sausage rolls are so tasty and prices for food is reasonable. Easy to navigate, parking near by and plenty of exits to leave at the end. The seats are comfortable and spacious and easy to view the stage and act."

"Having lived in Reading for years, it was strange to visit The Hexagon for the first time in Dec 2024.
We watched Cinderella with Justin Fletcher (of CBeebies fame) and Paul Morse who were a great combination. The panto was fantastic!
The venue is looking a little tired but the acoustics were good and our balcony view was decent. The staff were also very friendly!
The Hexagon is due to be refurbished and extended in 2025 so looking forward to going to our next panto."
