"When there I'm much more interested in the view across Manchester and across to Liverpool. Its a good place to see sunsets. There is a bronze age cairn nearby so i feel its a very ancient place. There is a large wooden stayed cross there and it probably means a lot to some people, i don't really notice it either driving past of when looking at the view."
