"Chadkirk chapel is a historic former Chapel owned by Stockport Council. On the last Sunday afternoon of each month volunteers from The Friends of Chadkirk open it to the public, serving tea, coffee and a selection of cakes. There is often live music. There are special events, the busiest is the annual well dressing in July when St Chad's well is beautifully decorated. The dedication is accompanied by an old fashioned village fete. Information is available on the Friends of Chadkirk website."
