Only points in the trail: take water or snacks, there is one way in and same way out. No shops really before you go in. No seating (except rocks) and it’s is uneven with mud so possibly not suited to those unable to walk in these terrains. However for those able to enjoy these walks it’s a gorgeous walk which I really enjoyed"
