"Nothing against the charity at all but I spoke to one guy on the phone and he was rude and made me feel uncomfortable the number for the charity is online so I rang it and he answered saying well I'm not in today but in a rude way then every question after that was rude and I hanged up because I suffer with anxiety and I didn't feel comfortable but the charity and people who work there are amazing nothing against them"

"It looks lovely, well maintained and set in nice grounds, but it was closed so I could not go inside. There is a free car park opposite."
