"We were welcomed by very friendly volunteers who gave us a good introduction to the museum. Entry is free with donations. There's a fine collection of buses, bus paraphernalia and information on each vehicle and it's history. There's free access to some of the buses. A very nice cafe and shop selling gifts and second hand books and maps relating to buses. Our favourite was the converted double decker which had sleeping upstairs and a kitchen downstairs, which was driven in the 1960s- 1970s to places like India and Burma( as it was) What a trip!?"

"A walk back in memories of the old buses, we could both remember quite a few, riding into town or on day trip coaches. Free to enter or you can make a voluntary donation. All of the volunteers who staff the place are lovely. Make sure you have a cuppa on your way out."
