"Attended a fabulous private party here. Such a sense of history, with breathtaking sights to be seen. The atmosphere is second to none and the resident sprites are very friendly, cheerfully waving from the battlements. The story of how it came to be preserved and under restoration is particular heartwarming too. A noble cause!"

"The castle is beautiful and definitely worth a visit – it has a lot of charm and history. I enjoyed exploring the grounds and the architecture, but I was hoping to see more inside. Unfortunately, you can’t go up into the top towers, which would have made the experience even better. Still, it’s a lovely spot with plenty to admire."

"We visited Gwrych Castle with one of our group being a big I'm a Celebrity...get me out of here! fan which was filmed here during 2020 and 2021 due to Covid. There were lots of sections detailing where it was recorded and the self guided tour highlights these.
The castle was bigger even than it appears from outside with lots of interesting history and features.
There is a cafe at the end and in here you will find items for sale and the opportunity to take your own I'm a celebrity...get me out of here thrown picture.
The walls are fairly low which means even children can easily see the views over them.
We all enjoyed looking around it and reading about it's history.
Car parking is in front of the castle and I expected it to be much busier than it was as we were visiting at the weekend.
Well worth a visit even if you're not a I'm a celebrity fan!"
