"Years since we visited, but it seemed like a better experience this time. New entry. Well kept. Good volunteers. Easy parking. We think more rooms are open. Garden areas hitting the fall slump, but still a great experience. It's always interesting to see the deer up close."

"Lovely national trust place to visit there is a main house, and a mill tour to do that you have to book a time slot for. As well as the deer park to walk around I got a few Lovely photos of the deers that I saw. They don't seem to sell a guide book in the shop though which is a shame as I do like a guide book. There is two restaurants as well as an ice-cream parlour"
Sarah Hill

There are free lockers at the entrance of the house for larger items. There are some steps to walk up and down in the house but are manageable with some limited mobility."
