"Nice large park, plenty to do and staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Tried chopstix, which was very nice. Didn't opt for the food plan, but did try the buffet breakfast just the once, which was priced at £11.50 for adults (not sure on children's pricing).
All you can eat buffet was alright, wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. Bacon was cooked beautifully but was very dry. The sausages and black pudding were quite tough. The rest of it was very nice. Various other breakfast options, cereals, fruits and yogurt also available.
The coffees are done by machine, although the latte's were 2/3 of a cup, don't think there was any milk added, so used the breakfast milk instead which made the latte cold.
Not sure if it was the local water or the kettle in the apartment, but own made coffee tasted bitty and there was a white film on the water surface after every boil.
Best coffee to be had was at Costa.

We visited the Teddy Bear Factory store not long before closing, excited to make a teddy — but unfortunately, our first interaction with an employee left us really disappointed. My 3 + 1/2 year old son, who’s autistic, was so excited to make his teddy, but was told we’d have to come back tomorrow because the shop was closing in 20 minutes and there were 3 children in front of him. He was heartbroken and had a full meltdown, and as a parent, it was really upsetting to see.
After the store had closed, I went back just to ask how to make a complaint. Instead, something amazing happened. Another staff member immediately stopped what she was doing, listened with so much empathy, and turned the entire situation around. She spoke to my son, and she quickly called over two other team members, and together they gave us the most magical, heartwarming shopping experience imaginable. They shared fun animal facts, made us feel so special and threw in some lovely extras!
What started as a really tough moment became something unforgettable, all because of the kindness, compassion, and dedication of those employees. They didn’t just make a sale, they made a memory!
Thank you to the incredible Marta, Kristine and Harry for going above and beyond when you didn’t have to. You turned our night around completely, and we’ll never forget it!"

Room was clean and tidy.
Pool has been well looked after if a little busy.
Buffet was as you'd expect, nothing special apart from the puddings which were fantastic.
Overall the site and amenities were a bit tired, locks missing on toilet doors and carpets that have seen better days.
There are too many amusement arcades! It's hard to drag the kids away even if they don't play on the games.
Shows were very entertaining and we had no problem getting a table if you turn up 10 mins before the doors open.
Kids loved it and want to go back.
Only dropped a star because of general cleanliness and the tiredness of the site. Otherwise a great stay."
