"Played both the Canyon & Lakes Course.
Canyon course starts great, has a few weaker holes in the middle of the front 9 and then back 9 is very strong.
Lakes Course front 9 is outstanding, back 9 not as good as the front but still nice.
Apart from Red Mountain, I wouldn’t play anywhere else apart from here.
We played Loch Palm & Laguna and they are no where near as good as either course at Blue Canyon.
Lastly, we had a very poor start to our experience.
The girls in the shop looked at my partner up and down and made her feel very unwelcome. She had a small collar shirt on for spectating and the way they looked at her was disgraceful, trying to determine whether she was allowed to go on the course to watch. They lacked so much customer service and where the most rude people I have ever seen.
A very sour experience in the shop, both times I went in, they were on the phone and really couldn’t be bothered even speaking to me.

I was not told on which number do i have to call the receptionist. I had to come down multiple times to discuss the issues.
1. I booked a delux room with bigger balcony. They gave me a standard room saying that i have booked the standard room only. Even though i showed them the booking.
They disnt tell me the wifi password.
Their pool is out of order.
The experience in the first 30mins of this hotel waas so bad that even after spending 3000baht on this shitty hotel. I didnt mind spending another 3k on a way better hotel. Thats how desperate i got after this hotel.
I asked them so nicely that your hotels seems empty please try to give me a room with good view. They rather downgraded the room. When i was checking out after 1 hr they were ready to upgrade then.
Even the cab driver was telling that the hotel used to be good 10years back. Maybe the owner isnt a good one.
