Too many people leave negative reviews just because there isn’t someone standing by to "entertain" them. In reality, this is an active dig site with real archaeologists doing important work. There are multiple signs around asking visitors to respect the ongoing research.
The team here is genuinely friendly and passionate. If you approach them while they're on-site, they’ll often take the time to share fascinating insights about the area and the pre-Hispanic aboriginal cultures of the island.

"Currently the entire place is cordoned off and is alarmed. You can see something through the scaffolding but there is really not much to see as it is still unprepared for tourists. It is not recommended to come here at all for the moment. Also the entrance road looks like it is still under construction."
