My son, 19 years old, passed away on September 7, 2024. I'm not going to explain here my emotional state or my pain since we learned, six weeks earlier, that nothing could be done for him.
I had to remain standing, completely automaton, and take care of his burial while he was still alive, because we had confirmation from the oncologists that his death was a matter of weeks.

I'm making this introduction so that all of you who are parents can understand how I felt. If you are, no further words are needed.

Well, Vanessa, the person who assisted me from the moment I stepped into the cemetery to request a niche and complete all the necessary paperwork to bury my son, provided me with such humane and professional service that I still shed tears when I remember it.

Not only did she give me the option of choosing a niche at ground level—a wish I asked for so I could spend hours resting my face next to his gravestone and be closer to him every time I visit—but she also reserved it for me as an exception (something not allowed by her internal rules) before my son had passed away.
She also had the headstone ready in record time, because I wanted to place it on the day of the burial, and there was barely enough time to have it ready, as the marble company normally took more than twice as long.

Vanessa achieved all of this because she possesses an indescribable human quality: a good person, empathetic, caring, and sensitive to her fellow human beings.
Her professional work was and continues to be impeccable, but even more so was her human work. This woman picked me up from the ground more than once and invested part of her valuable time, without receiving anything in return, in comforting a departed, broken, and shattered mother who, to this day, has still not been able to mend her ways.

I hope my review carries the same weight as the previous ones, which don't fully reflect the true essence of this woman: VANESSA.

"I agree with Montse M. The receptionist has no empathy for the families of the deceased; she's very unfriendly and cruel. In our case, my mother died on Sunday, and on Monday she told us that we had paid for the cemetery until 2028 and that we had to pay until 2030, threatening not to bury our mother. Instead of using a friendly tone, hers was threatening and rude. Evidently, we paid, and the "receptionist on duty" blocked the way when the hearse arrived because she needed to do some checks. Finally, it was resolved, and instead of mourning our mother, we got angry at her. Cremation and forget about this pathetic cemetery. We need to replace the rude receptionist with the initial V. I see we're not the first to suffer such terrible treatment from that woman. A very bad experience that I wouldn't wish on others; you've been warned."
