"A lovely place to hike up into the mountains on this functional dried fruits working farm. Cheap, R45 for any hike and it comes with a complimentary dried fruit energy pack. The scenery is beautiful and rugged and the views from the top rock near the halfway mark (with the arrows on it) is the ideal place for a lunch with an incredible view."

"This is a must for anyone who likes a good solid hike with serene and beautiful scenery. You can take the 4km or the 8.5km stretch. I will advise you to take the longer one. It's not that tough and easily to manage in around 3 hours. Me and my wife did it in 2.5 hours. The little snack pack we got at the office was a welcome little gift, and we thought it was the softest, best tasting dry fruit we've ever had. We will definitely be back."
Christiaan Payne
"Well signposted trail, which does a figure of eight through the fruit orchards and up the mountain. Lovely views but the upper loop is very rocky and rough going in places. Lower loop is suitable for kids.
Wear good shoes and take water - there was
Flowing Water in late September but take the usual precautions when near farmlands.
Buy permits at the office - R45 per adult. They take card or cash payment.
Recommended."
