"Throughly enjoyed this visit. The passion and knowledge that the owners/guides have is incredible, and the work they do to rescue these beautiful animals from lives that they should not be living is amazing. It's heartwarming to see how the owners have done as much as possible to give these majestically beautiful wild animals as much of a normal environment as possible.
I feel they could charge more as I'm sure it costs a fortune to maintain and feed each animal they have saved.
Well done."

Maximizing Your Lion Sightings
Conversely, visiting during the peak heat of midday can lead to disappointment, as the lions will likely be seeking shade and resting, making them difficult to see. Some visitors have suggested that higher vantage points could improve visibility, especially when lions are lying down and camouflaged within the vegetation. Patience is also a virtue here; taking the time to observe and wait can often be rewarded with incredible sightings.
For those keen on photography, understanding these activity patterns is key. The softer light of dawn and dusk is also ideal for capturing stunning images. Bringing binoculars can also be helpful for spotting animals that might be further away or partially hidden.
