The massage itself was great but when we went for our "private pool lounge" time , my fiancé slipped because of the swimming pool rail that's broken. I reported it to the receptionist and she made me aware that it's been broken for 3-4 months. Unacceptable. My fiancé really hurt himself... and no accountability was taken. We were not told about the broken railing nor was there any signs up."
