What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally find the spa's thermal waters and saunas to be good, offering a pleasant relaxation experience. However, the spa is often criticized for its confusing and fragmented pricing model, inconsistent customer service, and limited amenities like a late-opening bar.
"Poor customer service. We arrived as non staying guests to enjoy outdoor pools. Main receptionist told us that we can do so at spa house Mier, which was closed when we arrived 10 minutes later..so why we were sent there??? The receptionist at Mier wanted to help us and called Bôrina liečebný dom and she confirmed that they will open in 15 minutes. When we hiked up the hill, the receptionist told us they do not open to public for another 2 hours…again, why we were sent here??? After waiting for 2 hours we returned, ready to pay 18€ entry for 1 hour only to learn we can’t even buy water there and because it’s busy we might not even fit..poor management and not worth a visit..0/5"

"Spa itself and saunas are not too bad, but the pricing model is super annoying, you're paying for each service separately, they don't have a pass for both sauna, pools and gym, the sauna is time limited, if you stay longer, they'll charge you extra fee. There is no customer parking, just paid parking that coincidentally belongs to the spa. Customer service is also quite poor."

"Lovely place with good hot water inside and outside. Possibility to walk around. Not far from the town an Zoo garden."
