"This place has a potential of becoming a great picnic spot for families and groups of friends. It would be great if there were semi-open tents, trash bins, and toilets to accommodate tourists’ needs.
Anyway, the blue sky and the sands are beautiful. My photos don’t do them justice."

"Nov to Mar best time to visit. Even if you have sedan, you can park and enjoy.
Friday is mostly crowded.
Bathrooms are available in the mosque nearby."

"The bikes available here are of no use. The place was littered. If you want to do some serious sand bashing, this is not the place. Lot of locals were in their cars and driving around. The place is very pretty though. Be very careful if you plan to visit, there is barbed fence close by, some of the parts were submerged in sand and cant be seen."

The Natural Beauty of Al Kharrarah
One of the most captivating natural phenomena in the park is the lake formed from rainfall. This temporary body of water adds a serene element to the desert scenery, attracting local wildlife and providing a unique backdrop for visitors. The presence of these varied natural elements makes Al Kharrarah a refreshing escape from the urban environment of Riyadh.
