Visitors rave about the educational jungle hike and the beautiful, uncrowded Superman Falls. Guides are praised for their knowledge and enthusiasm, making the experience memorable. While the cost is noted by some, the unique natural setting and refreshing waterfall are consistently highlighted as positives.
"Had such an amazing tour at Superman Waterfalls! My mother and I just happened to pass by right when a tour was starting and tagged along - it was one of the best highlights of our visit to St Lucia! They went all out for us - they gave us fresh cocoa pod, canelle bark, banana, homemade treats, and we got so many mangoes along the trail (and my mother is St Lucian so you know she was hunting for mango julie!!) The rainfall felt so good, the trail was fun with beautiful views, they gave us custom mud body paint, and the waterfall felt so nice. And the tour is very educational, they explain to you about the plants and their medicinal uses, and they are nice cool people. A million stars!"

"Summary: nice waterfall; it's a "guided hike" to the waterfall; don't go straight from the mud bath to this in your wet bathing suit and flip flops; the waterfall is nice and not busy
We heard from other hotel guests that this waterfall was way less busy and they had a great tour from Tim. I messaged the contact number to get more details and organise the tour, but it was still chaos and I didn't know what to expect.
Our taxi driver from Sulphur Spring mud baths suggested to "shower off in the waterfall" so we ended up having to hike in our bathing suits and towels for the whole hike, which was way longer than I expected... So don't do that... It's mostly downhill to get there which means uphill all the way back!
Our guide showed us a few interesting medicinal and edible plants along the way but wasn't very talkative otherwise.
At the falls, there was only one other couple just leaving, so we had the place to ourselves. The pool isn't deep at all, but they've built one you can sit in as well (not warm). They do have some bowls with black mud and iron mud if you want to use it (we didn't).
There's a bench to put your stuff and a couple "change rooms', but other than that, it's not too nice to hang out there.
It was $25 USD per person, which was kinda steep for what it was. But still worth it since it wasn't busy."

"Just had an amazing tour with Tim on the Superman waterfalls with my son. He's such a knowledgeable and passionate person regarding the medicinal plants and herbs. It was one of the best things we did. We had the whole Superman waterfalls and mud baths to ourselves. We could spend as long as we liked and enjoyed sucking on the fresh cocoa beans from the pods. Highly recommend if you want to avoid the crowds at the main Volcanic Springs. Quite magical"
