And to finish the visit, the factory shop downstairs is also great for picking up a souvenir, with some items going for less than ₽1000 to others that wouldn't feel out of place even if they were on display in the museum. "I came to visit on the 21st March. Website said it was open from 1200 so I arrived at 1400. Nobody on the cash desk and a sign saying lunch break until 1500. I went for a walk, came back at 1500 and was told I couldn’t enter because it was closed for a cleaning break until 1600. Pretty poor service and unhelpful employees working there."
