Reviews Summary

Visitors find the Pushkin Apartment Museum a lovely surprise, appreciating the chance to visit the poet's former home and the helpful staff. However, some note that the museum could offer more context on Pushkin's literary significance and that exhibits are primarily in Russian.

"a lovely surprise to stumble upon Pushkin’s apartment! if only there were more info available in English!"

"Lovely monuments of Alexander Puskin and Natalia Goncharova"

AMIT GUPTA

"Beware: every last Friday of the month is "cleaning day" and therefore closed.
Inside you have some references to Pushkin, but the museum has made ZERO effort to explain why Pushkin is held in such high regard, or why his writings were of any literary value.
The apartment is nice, but not original from Pushkin except for a few items.
If you're in the Arbat area, I recommend you to instead go to Gertsen's apartment where you'll get a proper explanation, or to Scriabin's apartment."
