"The Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War in Moscow is a powerful and deeply moving place that captures the immense sacrifices and resilience of the Soviet people during World War II. The museum is both educational and emotional, with detailed exhibits showcasing weapons, uniforms, documents, and personal stories that bring history to life. The Hall of Glory, with its towering marble columns and eternal flame, creates a solemn and reverent atmosphere, while the Hall of Remembrance honors the millions who lost their lives. Outside, Victory Park with its monuments, fountains, and military displays adds to the significance of the site, offering space for reflection and commemoration. The museum is very well organized and provides context not only for Russian history but for the global impact of the war. Visiting it is a sobering yet essential experience that leaves a lasting impression and helps to understand the profound cost of peace and freedom."

"Very good museum for history and ww2 enthusiasts. The museum tells the story of ww2 from the aspect of Russia. I was shocked to see there was no English descriptions anywhere. We used some google translate to be able to understand but it was very exhausthing overall. Hope they add English translation too, because one day I would love to go there again and read everything in there.
Very cheap entrance fee.
Can go check definitely.
In the upper floors, floor 2 and 3 there were more things to check but unfortunately the lady refused us and said only tour groups can enter those parts of the museum. If you are travelling alone or with a friend its very sad to only can see the half of the museum. :("

"London was awesome this is the best. The best museum I have ever visited and it has a lot of staff about WW2. It's not about all the way to the victory of the red army. It also has a number of tremendous items staff German American and of course Soviet. It recreates in a room perfectly the Reich stag as it was when it fell. It has a lot of souvenirs that the Germans left to the Soviet when they lost the war. And the think that I will not forget was the exhibition is the memorial room which is worthy watching it."
