Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the Valley of Roses for its beautiful floral displays, particularly the diverse rose garden and the majestic Alley of Thujas. The park's status as part of Europe's largest man-made park, offering clean air and natural beauty, is also a significant draw. However, some find the cafe service peculiar and the rose collection not as extensive as anticipated, leading to a less relaxed experience for some. TikTokReddit

"The Valley of Roses is one of the most beautiful corners of the park, where more than 30 varieties of roses are grown. They write that there is a rose garden in the form of a chessboard and a flower calendar that changes daily, but I did not pay attention, and it was late, we just looked at the roses and the magical forest around. The alley of thujas is very beautiful, high, reaching into the sky, the peaks of grown thujas. And the path between them, where happy people walk.
Later I read that this is the largest man-made park in Europe, occupying an area of 966 hectares.
Many trees grow in the park, including rare ones - cork oak, fir, different types of maples. In the mornings in the park you can meet squirrels, and if you are lucky - a golden eagle and a wildcat. This is a place where nature, history and health benefits are combined - people come here to walk, breathe clean air, drink mineral water. The park is open all year round, and you can find something interesting here at any time - magnolias bloom in spring, roses in summer, leaves turn golden in autumn, and snow-covered firs look especially beautiful in winter."

"We stopped there for a drink while walking. The actual place is small and nice but the service is with very strange approach. You won't be able to use the toilet an less you bye something (which is ok), but while you having your drinks, you feel like you getting observed and not comfortable to relax and have a conversation. Basically, you should drink and go as fast as you can. Maybe we landed there in the wrong day but didn't feel very welcome. More like if you not going to spend more money after your coffee, then finish fast and go. Other than that, it could be a nice place to dear inside or outside and enjoy your afternoon coffee, tea or Gluehwein."

"Absolutely fantastic photo spot. One of the best views of Elbrus in lower Kislovodsk park can be seen from the valley of the Roses. The only way to get a better view is to head upwards towards the small and large saddle (Hills in upper Kislovodsk park, at 1310m and 1440m)"
