"This view point is one of many offering great views over the surrounnding ocean, the cliffs and, if visibility permits, islands of Graciosa and Terceira. Definitely a must-stop on your way to Fajã dos Cubres below, or if you are in the area."

"Lagoons, walkway through area, bird viewing, view of ocean, parking is limited, walkway is narrow and uneven, hilly in places,
No charge for entering"
Wendy Lang
"Pretty little spot to see the fajas peeping out into the ocean! We went on a somewhat cloudy day so the views werent as great. There are apparently 66 fajas in Sao Jorge (as per our guide), so there are plenty to see and be in awe of! You can drive right up to this one and park on the side of the road for free. A nice 5 min stop."
