What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the unique historical ambiance of the thermal spa and the therapeutic benefits of the waters, often describing the experience as heavenly and a step back in time. The affordability of treatments and the charm of the city, particularly its park and ceramic art, are also highlighted. However, some reviews note a decline in post-treatment amenities and concerns about the maintenance and cleanliness of certain areas outside the operational spa.
"Absolutely stunning place. Looks like something out of a movie. Pity is abandoned and vandalized. It would be a stunning hotel."
Anastasia Trataris-Rebisz
"I’ve been coming here for a few years and I find the spa services amazing and fairly affordable. This year there is a lack of attentiveness in the after spa lounge. They have removed the teas and hot water. Although they still provide regular water, the container was not sanitary and not cleaned properly. Very disappointed in the decline of relaxing attributes that room provided to clients."

"It’s a pity I have to give only 2 stars to this location. The building is very beautiful from a distance, however, it’s is almost completely destroyed. The park outside it is poorly taken care of and very dirty. The local municipality should invest in renovation as it has a great potential to getting paying visitors to the city."
