What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors are drawn to the serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere of Paoay Lake National Park, appreciating its natural landscape and the intriguing legend of the sunken town. However, some have experienced difficulties with booking accommodations and finding clear information about park operations, suggesting a need for better visitor services.
"I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon in June to find that it was closed. I could not find any information to contact someone to see if I could book a room. When I did find someone he said that it was only available to people from the area 😒. Maybe there was a miscommunication as they have rates for foreigners. Either way, I traveled a long way and was really looking forward to staying there. The area looks amazing. I had to travel back to Paoay to book a transient room. Very disappointed in the difficulty in finding contact information and to find out that they don't service tourists not from the area."
