"I used to buy here when I was younger on summer vacations. Now it has more space, and are divided into sections, e.g. wet and dry seafoods, clothes and other items and services, fruits and vegetables, pasalubongs, etc.
Tuesdays and Saturdays the stalls can extend farther, with more fresh produce for sale. I just love this place - the aromas and the haggling with nice people! Love the food too."

"Tourists are not allowed to enter before 11am. Quarantine pass or ITF pass is needed if you want to shop as early as 7am.
Not a lot of selection when it comes to seafood. Papakol, Sungayan, parrot fish, tilapia, small yellowfin tuna and tambakol are the most common. Few stalls sell octopus, shrimp and some fish that I am not familiar with. Lots of Pork, chicken and beef to choose from.
Don't be shy to haggle!"
