What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Chorrillos Fisherman's Wharf for its authentic atmosphere, fresh seafood, and affordable boat tours offering dolphin sightings. However, some reviews mention concerns about the cleanliness of facilities and the pricing at certain restaurants near the pier.
"Went to Chorrillos with the fam and brought fishing rods with us. Is a cool place if you're into seafood and fresh fish, as there's plenty of restaurants and the fish market is right there! You've to pay 50 cents to get into the fisherman's wharf and you're allowed to fish there. The restaurans are mainly seafood based, and they can even cook whatever you catch while fishing there. There's also have parking available, a toilet and a little market where you can buy stuff from swimming clothes, inflatable toys, souvenirs and much more! Definitely recommended if you've a couple of extra days in Lima Peru!"
Diego Rios
"This view of the peer is from the Moro Solar. Really worth going to the peer and see the fishermen in the morning. Also you can get really good fresh fish at the restaurants near by"
Thilo Boeck
"Lots of selection of fresh fish from local family fishermen. And had fun with feeding the pelicans"
