"We did the balcony walk W6 and spent about 6 hours return (with photo stops, lunch stop and we spent quite a bit of time at the oasis) you will need good shoes as there are lots of scrambling rocks. Lots of goats along the way! When you reach a place that seems like the end, look for the flag, it should direct you to go up the rocks a little bit to find the oasis. Lots of people turn back at just the last point. We also saw some deserted buildings there. We came in January and lots of people came early in the morning too, it’s quite cold in the morning and with the sun it’s ok. But when we came out at noon it’s still quite cloudy so it was quite cold. We came here with a normal car but a 4WD would be handy."
