"A wonderful oasis situated right in the heart of Whitianga. You would easily drive past and never know it was there. The service was friendly, and quick and the thermal pools are such a haven, especially the hot pool at around 38°c.

Full pamper combo will set you back $210 for a food platter of cheese, meats and fruits that was lovely, a 30 massage, 2 hour entry to the pools and towel and robes. Not to mention one free cocktail of choice.
You can just visit the pools for a 2 hour visit as well for about $70.

"Had the Dip and Dine package for $99 per person. The entrance fee alone is $70, which feels a bit steep. The place looks beautiful at night with all the neon lights and is quite popular with couples. The restaurant food was decent. However the place could use some maintenance. Some areas felt a bit unsafe to walk on, especially where it was very dark and wet with limited lighting. Should look into improving these areas to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements."
