The final rings turned out absolutely beautiful – unique, meaningful, and crafted with great attention to detail. The packaging and shipping were flawless, and the rings arrived safely (just be aware that customs/import duties can add around 20% to the total cost).
One important note for future customers: even though we had confirmed the correct ring size and width, one of our rings arrived in the wrong width (3 mm instead of 4.5 mm). We had to send it back for a remake, which took some time – the corrected ring only arrived a few days before our wedding. So: make sure to plan enough time, especially if you're ordering from overseas.
Despite this hiccup, we are beyond happy with the rings and would absolutely recommend Jens Hansen to anyone looking for something truly special and beautifully made."
